    • You can purchase credit (£20 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged in.
    • Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
  • When you book a court the booking and floodlight fees will be deducted from your available system credit.
    • On the day playing, MYCOURTS will automatically send a Booking Reminder to all on the booking sheets with a link to share the cost for those who were selected as the playing partner(s)/opponent(s).
    • Members can also share booking fees any time when logged in by using the facility to Transfer Credit.
  • The court lights will automatically switch on at the reserved court time and will remain on for the duration of the booking
  • For squash courts, extra minutes (at 40p per 10 minutes) can be added at the touch screen in the squash court lobby. Please be sure that the time your purchase does not overlap the next reservation, which will take precedence, as charges for extra light-time are non-refundable.

Guest Fees

  • When playing a Guest, members must select the appropriate GUEST option as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets.
  • The system will automatically charge the Guest Fee to your booking system account.
  • If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed. This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing..

Late-Cancellations & Refunds

  • When unable to use a court, members should cancel the booking as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
  • When the court is cancelled 48 hours prior, the booking fee is automatically refunded.
  • When the court is cancelled less than 48 hours prior, the booking fee is only refunded if the same court is re-booked -- this is done automatically.
  • In case of bad weather, tennis players must cancel their bookings and contact us to apply for the late-cancellation charge to be refunded.
  • Please note your Account History does not show refunds for late-cancellations, the refunded charges are reversed (removed) from your account and your balance is adjusted accordingly.
  • Extra-time light control fees are non-refundable.
