Coach: Karen is a Consultant Squash Coach (M.Sc. Assessment of Sport and Exercise, spanning the disciplines of psychology, physiology, nutrition and biomechanics).
Bio: Karen has an extensive background in coaching and development. Over the years Karen’s work has taken her overseas to lead a variety of projects. Closer to home she spent four years helping to launch and develop the junior initiative which is now part of the Surrey Sports Park Programme.
Coaching highlights: leading the Trinidad and Tobago Girls Team to a Caribbean Championship after 14 years with no medals, managing and coaching the Trinidad and Tobago players at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne (after which one of the players became the first Trinidad and Tobago squash professional).
Player highlight: winning a gold medal in the East Asian Championships.
